General Delivery info

Delivery Timeline:
Orders are expected to arrive within 4 to 6 working days across Egypt.

Free Shipping:
Free standard shipping is offered on selected orders (as mentioned on our website/promotions).

Delivery Conditions:

  • Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.
  • Some remote areas may have limited delivery options, and delays can occur due to weather or location restrictions.
  • During peak seasons (sales, holidays, and promotions), please allow extra time for processing and delivery.

Missed Deliveries:

  • Our courier will make up to three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days.
  • If no contact is made within five days, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns are not allowed unless the item has a fit issue or is a defective product. In such cases, please get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange the return or exchange.

Peak Seasons Notice:
During busy times, such as promotions or holiday sales, your order may take up to 7 working days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERs

Worldwide Delivery:
Omouma proudly ships worldwide so that every mama-to-be can enjoy our pieces, no matter where she is.

Customs & Duties:
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees once it reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Before You Order:
Since customs policies vary from country to country, we encourage you to check with your local customs office to understand the charges that may apply before placing your order.

Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to unpaid customs or incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customs Inspections:
Please note that international shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities as part of the clearance process.

REFUND POLICY

Eligibility:

  • Returns & exchanges are accepted only on unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns are only allowed for fit issues or if the product is defective.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:
Please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange:

Process:

  • Our team will guide you and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Once issued, items must be sent back within 10 days.
  • Please specify if you’d like an exchange or a refund.

Returns can be arranged either by:

  • Sending the item back through our shipping partner, or
  • Meeting with one of the Omouma team members to hand over the item.

Refund Method:

  • If you paid by debit or credit card, your refund will be credited back to the same card, depending on the processing time of Egyptian banks.
  • If you paid by cash on delivery, your refund will be issued through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Return Window:

Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied.

Condition of Items:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items returned without original packaging or in damaged condition (not due to a defect) will not be refunded.

Refunds:

  • Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped).
  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive the return.
  • If you paid by debit/credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card according to Egyptian bank processing times.
  • If you paid cash on delivery, refunds will be issued through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, we will provide free return shipping.
  • A replacement will be sent promptly at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Free return shipping applies only to defective, damaged, or incorrect orders.
  • For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items returned COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
  • Returns can be arranged either via our shipping partner or by meeting with one of our Omouma team members.

Notification:
Customers will be notified by email or WhatsApp once a return or refund has been completed. Please note that banks may require extra time to process and post the transaction.
